The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances.
Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the trip start date will incur 100% cancellation charges.
Cancellations made within 15 days prior to the trip start date will incur 50% of the total package cost as cancellation charges.
Cancellations made within 30 days prior to the trip start date will incur 25% of the total package cost as cancellation charges.
In case of unfavourable weather conditions, government restrictions, or unforeseen situations, certain activities may be modified or cancelled. We will make every effort to arrange suitable alternatives; however, no refunds will be provided for such changes.
If travel is impacted due to a lockdown at the destination, a credit note (credit shell) will be issued after deducting applicable airline/IRCTC cancellation charges.
The credit shell can be used for any future booking within 365 days from the date of issue and will be valid for the same number of travellers.
