Terms & Conditions

  1. The full payment must be completed at least 7 days before the departure date. Failure to do so may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
  2. Standard hotel check-in time is 2:00 PM. Early check-in will be subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
  3. Transportation will be provided strictly as per the itinerary and will not be available for personal use. (Please note: Air conditioning may not function in hilly areas.)
  4. Package prices are subject to change due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, strikes, festivals, traffic issues, overbooking, flight changes, or entry restrictions at destinations. While we will try to offer alternatives, no compensation or refunds will be provided in such cases.
  5. The company reserves the right to cancel a booking even after confirmation, in which case the paid amount will be refunded. Additionally, any traveller found misbehaving or causing disturbance, including physical or verbal misconduct towards staff or co-travellers, may be removed from the trip without any refund.
  6. Hotels and itinerary plans may be modified due to unavoidable circumstances.
  7. Bookings once confirmed are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. Travellers must cooperate in case of vehicle breakdowns and wait for repairs or alternative arrangements. The company is not responsible for any loss, theft, injuries, or illegal activities during the trip.
  8. Discipline and respectful behaviour are expected at all times. Our aim is to provide a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for everyone.
  9. In case of vehicle breakdown, travellers will need to wait until the issue is resolved or an alternative is arranged. If special vehicles (such as 4x4) are required due to road or weather conditions, additional charges may apply.
  10. Travellers are responsible for their own luggage and personal belongings. The company will not be liable for any loss or damage.
  11. Departure timings must be strictly followed. Travellers are required to stay in touch with the trip manager. Missing the departure will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
  12. Smoking and drinking inside vehicles are strictly prohibited. Any inappropriate behaviour may lead to immediate termination of the trip without refund.
  13. Virtual Travel Manager will be assigned for coordination and assistance throughout the trip.
  14. The company may capture photographs/videos during the trip for promotional use. Travellers who do not wish to be included must inform the team in advance.
  15. The company reserves the right to remove any participant involved in misconduct, illegal activities, or violation of rules. In such cases, a refund for the unused portion of the trip may be considered at the company’s discretion.
